A
couple of drive-through fast food restaurants are being proposed for the Westbridge Plaza shopping center near Lowe’s.
Drive-through lanes required a conditional
use permit at the location. Proposed for 2244 Lake Washington Blvd. is a
McDonald’s restaurant with a drive-through. A second drive-through permit is
being sought for 2260 Lake
Washington Blvd., for a restaurant not yet
determined.
The restaurant locations are in the “Phase
II” portion of the shopping plaza. Elsewhere in the Westbridge Plaza
are the Streets of London pub, Panda Express and Tsuki Sushi restaurant, none
which has a drive-through lane.
The West Sacramento Planning Commission will
consider issuing permits for the new drive-through restaurants at 6 p.m. on
Feb. 17 at city hall.
